There's not much better than warm banana bread drizzled with our legendary powdered nut butters, and this baking mix allows you to whip up your ultimate snack in record time.
Made on our smooth and creamy almond protein, it's the easiest and most delicious healthy banana bread you'll ever make! It is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free, 100% natural and only requires you to add banana and your favourite mylk, before baking until golden brown. Enjoy it any time of the day drizzled with our legendary powdered nut butters for a macro-friendly flavour sensation!

METHOD:
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 200°C and empty baking mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Slowly add 210-230ml of your choice of plant milk and mix well with a silicone spatula. Mash 80g ripe banana in a small separate bowl, then add to the mixture and mix well.
- Transfer mixture into a lined bread tin or non-stick loaf tray. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fully cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool on a cooling rack, then remove from the baking dish, slice into 10 equal pieces and enjoy.
- Keep in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3-5 days or can be frozen and enjoyed later.
