DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To be taken before meals undiluted, or in water, fruit juice or other fluids and consumed immediately.

Adults: Week 1: Take 10 drops 3 times a day.

Week 2: Take 20 drops 3 times a day.

Week 3 and for a maintenance dose: Take 30 drops 3 times a week. eg 30 drops on Monday, 30 drops on Wednesday and 30 drops on Friday.

Children (3 years and older):

Week 1: Take 2-5 drops 3 times a day.

Week 2: Take 4-10 drops 3 times a day.

Week 3 and for a maintenance dose: Take 6-15 drops 3 times a week.
